Personal Coaching

Coaching is a valuable tool for people who feel a bit stuck or unsettled about certain areas in their lives or are unable to make the desired progress they’re looking for.

It's an empowering process that puts you at the centre, helps you to make positive changes, reach your goals, and enhance your well-being.

A good coach is trained to help you bridge the gap between where you are now, and where you want to be, using techniques that help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs related to your chosen topic.

Throughout the coaching process, you can anticipate thought-provoking questions, a confidential and non-judgmental environment where you're truly heard, and a challenge to your current way of thinking, ultimately paving the way for a more harmonious alignment with various aspects of your life. You might fundamentally transform your perspective on certain challenges, unearth unhelpful thought patterns, and shed them to clear a path towards your goals. We develop strategies to overcome obstacles and challenges,  and I provide emotional support, encouragement, and motivation to help you maintain a positive mindset.

What areas do I coach in?


I am an accredited personal performance coach and a qualified hypnotherapist. I can deliver coaching on any topic, so feel free to reach out with queries if you are drawn to my approach. However, I tend to specifically work with clients in the following areas:

  • Habit change

  • Assessing your relationship with Alcohol.

  • Addiction and dependence

  • “Thought” habits, such as negative self-talk, low self-worth, and other adverse thought patterns *

  • Smoking Cessation *

  • Finding yourself through major life changes. (For example, changing careers, changing direction, relationship breakdown, moving home etc)

  • Anxiety – reducing its grip on your life.

  • Fears and Phobias *(For example, fears of flying, hospitals, fear of change etc)

An initial consultation call is 30 minutes and FREE.

Coaching sessions are 50 minutes and charged at £60 per session.
