About Me

I have built a portfolio of professional qualifications and experience that ranges from life coaching to business coaching to counselling and hypnotherapy, and I've helped countless individuals reach their goals and feel incredible about themselves, their lives and their direction. I have always been passionate about encouraging others and helping people realise their dreams and reach their potential, and I'm lucky enough to have made that my job.

I have provided group and one-to-one coaching across many areas of personal and professional development and can apply my skills to any sector, problem or goal.

I have recently graduated from one of UK's top Psychology schools at the University of Kent with a First Class Hons degree.
